Croatan Village is nestled on the edge of the scenic Croatan National Forest located in historic New Bern, North Carolina, just minutes from the picturesque waterfront.  A licensed 72-bed assisted living community, Croatan Village is designed and specially-staffed to accommodate seniors who require daily supervision or personal assistance but who do not need the complex medical attention provided by a nursing home.  Family-owned and operated, our goal is to create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for our residents and to offer their loved ones a little more peace of mind.

Croatan Village offers the largest assisted living apartment suites in the county in addition to spacious private or companion suites with a private bath and individual temperature controls in each room.  Each suite and bathroom are also equipped with an emergency call system should the resident require immediate attention 24-hours a day.  Plus, our spacious activity areas offer stimulating social and spiritual programs coordinated by a certified Activity Director.
